Broadcasting Regulatory Review Submissions available on the Ministry for Culture and Heritage website

Submissions on the Digital Broadcasting Review of Regulation discussion document and the Broadcasting and New Digital Media: Future of Content Regulation consultation paper are available on the Ministry for Culture and Heritage website at http://www.mch.govt.nz/publications/digital-tv/index.html#review

Public consultation on both papers took place from 23 January to 4 April 2008 and a number of submissions addressed both of the above documents.  A list of submitters will be available on the website, linking to each individual submission.

A submissions summary, including an overview summary, and summaries of the workshops held between 5-11 March in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and the Māori stakeholder Hui held in Wellington, will also be available.

The Ministry for Culture and Heritage will advise all submitters by email or post that the submissions are on the website.
