The Digital Strategy is the government’s action plan that outlines what is going to be done to create a strong digital future for New Zealand.
Creating Our Digital Future
New Zealand will be a world leader in using information and technology to realise its economic, social, environmental, and cultural goals, to the benefit of all its people
The Digital Strategy takes account of public feedback and focuses on implementation, providing detail on what the government and other stakeholders will actually do, by when, with details of how much money will be spent. We have outlined the challenges in each area, set clear targets to be achieved, and set out a plan of action.
This section presents The Digital Strategy document, the draft Digital Strategy document and a summary of the submissions that were received on the draft Digital Strategy.
A summary version of The Digital Strategy is available and gives an shorter overview of the Digital Strategy and its key initiatives.
